*Position Overview:* We are looking for a hands-on and organized Stores Supervisor to oversee daily operations across four Bagel and Cafe branches located in downtown Montreal. The Supervisor will ensure that all stores are operating efficiently and well equipped, maintaining quality standards, and delivering excellent customer service. This role involves frequent store visits, staff support, and detailed reporting on performance, needs and requirements. *Primary Responsibilities:* * *Daily Store Inspections:* Conduct daily visits to each of the four locations to evaluate cleanliness, employee performance, ambiance, and overall store operation. * *Operational Reporting:* Prepare and submit daily reports highlighting store conditions and hygiene, staff performance, equipment conditions, and any operational or opportunities for improvement. * *Coordination with Store Managers:* Collaborate with store managers regularly to assess their needs, respond to inquiries, and ensure they have the resources to manage daily operations effectively. * *Supply Chain Management:* Ensure stores receive their supplies from the central kitchen and external vendors, addressing and reporting any shortages or delivery problems that arise. * *Reporting:* Identify and report any necessary repairs or maintenance, and manager or employee inquiries. * *Hands-On Support:* Step in to assist at the cash register or as a barista during busy periods when needed, or when staff require additional help. * *Standards Compliance:* Ensure all locations follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and brand standards, maintaining consistency in operations. *Requirements:* * Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role, within a café, restaurant or other hospitality industry related environments. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to oversee multiple locations daily. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and liaise with management. * Previous barista or café experience is advantageous. * Understanding of workforce scheduling and labor cost management. * Knowledge of store operations such as inventory control and equipment upkeep. * Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required. *Key Qualities:* * Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to inspire and manage teams. * High attention to detail, with a focus on upholding operational and brand standards. * Ability to handle challenges quickly and with confidence. * Customer-eccentric approach with a focus on delivering a high-quality experience.
