Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Co-ordinate work activities with other departments. Establish methods to meet work schedules. Establish work schedules. Prepare production and other reports. Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Set up machines and equipment. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Supervision: 3-4 people. Sewing machine operators. Transportation/travel information: Public transportation is available. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Hand-eye co-ordination.
