* Truck company with 3 Bay Shop attached to office space
The successful candidate will be both a hard worker and highly organized. This position includes administrative duties as well bookkeeping duties such as submitting payroll, invoicing, regular email correspondence, booking and confirming loads. As the company grows, the ideal candidate will also assist with the shop side of the company-cashing out customer work orders.
Responsibilities:
* Answer phones and greet clients, vendors, and the public during normal business hours.
* Welcoming visitors, take messages, and schedule appointments.
* Handle incoming mail and phone calls.
* Enter data into spreadsheets and databases.
* Maintain calendars
* Draft correspondence.
* Invoicing, accounts receivable and accounts payable
* Keeping day to day financials.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:
* Beamsville, ON L3J 0V7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
* Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
* Bookkeeping: 2 years (required)
* Administrative experience: 2 years (required)
