*Job Summary:* The Room Attendant at Amsterdam Inn & Suites Sussex plays a vital role in delivering an outstanding guest experience by maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms and public areas. Reporting to the Housekeeper Supervisor, this position is responsible for ensuring all assigned rooms meet our high company standards for cleanliness and presentation. Key duties include cleaning and sanitizing rooms, making beds, restocking supplies, and addressing any guest requests. The Room Attendant will also help keep public areas clean and assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed, all while adhering to established safety protocols. This role is essential in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. *Qualifications:* * Previous experience in housekeeping is an asset, but not required; we provide training to help you succeed. * Ability to work independently, demonstrating strong attention to detail and time management skills. * Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed. * Physical capability to stand for extended periods, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds. * A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
