*Overview*Welcome to TKEQ. We are a leading Equestrian Apparel brand serving North American and International markets. Our Team is led by the Founder and Creative Director who requires support in-house as well as during business travels.
TKEQ is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional multi-disciplinary skills, a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. They will be involved in long-term development projects and daily tasks. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations within the office as well as coordinating with our remote team members.
*Responsibilities*
* Manage and maintain documents in Google Suite, including but not limited to, managing executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments using Google Calendar.
* Experienced with typing, compiling data, and preparing reports accurately, efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
* Handle clerical duties such as filing, organizing documents, maintaining office supplies, and taking notes during meetings.
* Implementing as well as maintaining procedures and administrative systems.
* Assist in coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries for Executives as needed.
* Accompanying the Creative Team on Travels (_photo shoots and trade shows, etc,._). _Must have a passport._
* Required to run errands. _Must have a reliable vehicle._
* Ability to fulfill additional tasks as needed.
*Skills*
* Bachelor?s Degree.
* 2+ years of work experience in a similar industry.
* Equestrian knowledge is not required but considered an asset.
* Proficient in Google Suite management and other applications.
* Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
* Excellent clerical abilities with experience in administrative tasks.
* Strong ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
* Quick and proactive learner.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excels in productivity and time-management.
* Extremely strong organization and prioritization skills, as well as very strong attention to detail.
* Honest, accountable and discretionary.
