*System Planning & Engineering * *Member Service Representative * _Battle River Power Coop is a cooperative electric utility in Central Alberta supplying electricity to about 8700 rural members. We have a staff of 64 employees engaged in all aspects of power distribution from installation to maintenance to billing, all administered from the same office near Camrose, Alberta._ *General Summary:* o Administration of service quotes including: o Initial phone call and setting up appointments o Quoting Calendar & Scheduling o Form generation and processing o Construction file generation o Project management tracking o Membership filing o Title Searches, easements and Utility Right-of-Ways o Communications with local independent owned utility o Assistance with trouble calls o Subdivisions tracking o Electrical service contract and membership administration o Initial phone contact with members requesting quotes, changes and service questions *Qualifications:* o Strong interpersonal communications and customer service skills o Experience in an electrical utility environment would be a strong asset o Capable of working in a multitasking environment o Training in the following areas: PIPA, Excel/Access, AS400/V8 Computer System *Hours of Operation:* Hours of operation are generally 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. *Salary & Benefits: *Battle River Power Coop offers a competitive salary, attractive benefits and a positive work environment.
