Overview: We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience in commercial and industrial HVAC systems. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Duties: - Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems - Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems - Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment - Interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of HVAC systems - Troubleshoot and repair HVAC components including compressors, motors, and thermostats - Test HVAC systems for proper functionality - Collaborate with other technicians and contractors on installation projects Qualifications: - Proven experience as an HVAC Technician - G1 gas technician preferred (min G2) - 313A technician or 5th year apprentice - Mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems and controls - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics - Experience with appliance repair is a plus - Proficiency in welding, piping, and boiler operations is desirable - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Join our team as an HVAC Technician and benefit from: pay rates matched to 787, sign on bonus, new truck, benefit plan, RRSP contribution, limited on call.
