*Accounts Receivable Clerk* *INTERVIEWS ARE IN PERSON.* *CANDIDATE MUST BE CANADIAN RESIDENT OR CITIZEN, RESIDING IN GREATER MONTEAL.* A leading e-commerce and wholesale distributor is looking to add individuals to the accounts receivable team. *Responsibilities include:* Review and approve credit for customer orders Prepare credit notes Follow up on customer claims and disputes Follow-up overdue customer balances Reconcile customer accounts Collection of unpaid invoices *Qualifications:* Must have minimum of three years of experience in this position. Able to communicate in English and French is a must. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel. Must be detailed oriented and able to cope with deadlines. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize. Knowledge with processing of Ecommerce accounts such as Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, and portal use. Knowledge of SAP Business One an asset.
