Job Description: We are looking for Electrical Foreman's to supervise and coordinate a team of electricians and ensure the successful completion of electrical projects. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to lead and motivate a team to complete projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate activities of electricians- Plan and layout wiring diagrams, conduit systems, and electrical panel locations- Ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures- Monitor the progress of projects to ensure they stay on schedule and within budget- Troubleshoot electrical problems and diagnose issues- Train and mentor electricians in safety protocols and job skills- Ensure that all materials and equipment are available for projects - Monitor the work of electricians to ensure quality of work meets standards Required Skills:- Highschool diploma or equivalent- 5+ years experience in electrical installation and wiring- Proven experience in a lead or supervisory role- Working knowledge of electrical codes and regulations- Able to interrupt wiring diagrams and schematics- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills- Valid drivers license and clean diving record- LocationRegina, SK
