We utilize Hi-tech systems and processes to ensure a simple to use, yet high quality product is produced. *WHAT YOU?LL BE DOING * The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for attending pre-qualified residential appointments to assess and quote Acorn Stairlift Products. The Representative will be required to measure all staircases on the property, make notes, and take photos in addition to the following responsibilities: * Attend appointments at client homes as scheduled by appointment setters * Perform in home assessments for potential clients * Emphasize product features and benefits, overcome objections, and provide quotes * Negotiate within Pricing Guidelines and close sales * Complete sales documentation and process client credit card payments * Update notes in company database from all on-site and follow-up calls * Network to self-generate leads * Be punctual and uphold Acorn Stairlifts? standards of professionalism * Participate in monthly coaching and submit required reports to management * Achieve all goals and targets * Other duties as assigned *WHAT YOU HAVE: * * 3-5+ years related sales experience (B2C residential construction, technician service sales, medical field experience) * A secondary diploma * An outgoing personality and positive attitude * Ability to build relationships with a variety of people and work well with all levels in the company * Self-motivated, results-oriented and target driven mindset * Demonstrated organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of Google Maps, Google Chrome, Outlook, Excel and Windows * Excellent communication skills ? listening, verbal and written *CORE VALUES* *Quality:* products we make and sell, and the services we provide *Unity:* working together as one team *Integrity:* acting responsibly and honestly to deliver on our promises *Caring:* about our customers, each other, and the wider community *Ambition:* taking pride in all we do and striving to improve _Acorn Stairlifts Canada Inc, is an equal opportunity employer.
