Complete Care Restoration is seeking a full time *Contents Project Manager* to start as soon as possible. · Responsibilities/Job Overview o Responsible for any Contents Restoration for our clients, including but not limited to categorization of affected contents, manipulation of contents, storage solutions, upholstery cleaning, and electronic testing. o Management of the Contents Department and Contents Employees, including but not limited to scheduling, performance reviews, and hiring. o Perform site inspections to analyze the scope of the job and monitor job progress. o Communicate with the client throughout the job, explaining the process and answering any questions they have. o Working with our industry partners, such as insurance companies, subtrades, and temp agencies. o Estimating using Xactimate and cost projections. o Ensuring job profitability and managing costs. o Cultivate existing client and industry partner relationships, as well as seek out and promote new relationships. o Proficiently use our software systems: T-Sheets, PSA, Encircle, JobCheck, Xactanalysis and Xactimate, Microsoft Office. · Requirements o Minimum 2 years experience in restoration or construction industry management. o Excellent time management, strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service skills, ability to problem-solve and plan ahead for potential issues. o IICRC Cerfications preferred but not required: - Contents Processing (CPT), Water Damage Restoration (WRT), and Fire & Smoke Restoration (FSRT) o Must have a clear criminal background check o Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs o Valid driver?s license along with a clear 3-year driver?s abstract o Experience driving a moving truck is preferred, but not required o Positive attitude, punctuality, and excellent attendance.
