<p><strong>R&D and IT Field</strong></p><p>We are looking for an Electronic Product Verification Specialist in Montreal to join our client?s R&D and IT team. As an Electronic Product Verification Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and conducting tests for innovative products.</p>Job Summary<p>The Electronic Product Verification Specialist plans, coordinates and conducts tests for new products developed internally as well as third-party products. This professional will collect and analyze data, acting as a product expert. He will work closely with the R&D team to analyze results, qualify and investigate various telemetry products.</p>Profile of skills and qualifications requiredTraining/Experience/Certification<ul><li>College diploma (DEC) in electronics or a relevant field.</li><li>3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.</li><li>Experience with databases.</li><li>Advanced expertise with Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables.</li><li>Experience with Altium Designer software for designing schematics and PCBs.</li></ul>Knowledge<ul><li>Knowledge of digital product design and operation.</li><li>Programming skills (Arduino, C, SQL, VB, VBA or other).</li><li>Proficiency in laboratory tools: multimeter, data acquisition systems, etc.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>Applied practical knowledge and manual skills.</li><li>Knowledge of the automotive industry or telemetry (asset).</li></ul>Required skills and abilities<p>This position as an electronic product verification specialist allows you to work closely with the R&D team.</p><ul><li>Ability to solve problems creatively.</li><li>Resourcefulness and organization.</li><li>Autonomy, initiative and sense of responsibility.</li><li>Great ability to work in a team while being able to work independently.</li><li>Versatility and flexibility.</li><li>Rigor, concern for excellence and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong sense of customer service and impeccable professional ethics.</li><li>Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Location:</strong><span> </span>Montreal</p> <br> Responsibilities of the Electronic Product Verification Specialist<p>This Electronic Product Verification Specialist position will allow you to play a key role in the development process.</p><ul><li>Determine test plans for products to be qualified.</li><li>Plan, coordinate and conduct product tests.</li><li>Extract raw data from databases and analyze them with the appropriate tools.</li><li>Configure products according to test objectives.</li><li>Complete all test-related documents and produce relevant reports.</li><li>Identify product non-conformities and escalate their resolution.</li><li>Participate in the development of assembly and test procedures for production units.</li><li>Contribute to the design and production of electronic test tools and assemblies.</li><li>Support engineering requests during development and recommend required or desirable engineering changes.</li><li>Occasionally participate in the training of other employees.</li><li>Perform any other related tasks.</li></ul>
