Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Work setting: Employer's home. Tasks: Change diapers. Sterilize bottles and prepare formulas. Bathe, dress and feed infants and children. Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents. Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home. Prepare and serve nutritious meals. Supervise and care for children. Tend to emotional well-being of children. Help children with homework.
