Overview:We're looking for a Field Service Technician to join our team! Open and Honest. Customer-centric. Innovative. Passionate. Inclusive & Collaborative. Accountable. Position Summary Maintain and repair Multi-Functional Products and resolve customer scanning/printing issues while maintaining effective relationships with customers and the Sales Department Responsibilities:Maintain and repair MFPs and resolve customer printing issues Perform on-site service of MFPs Maintain effective relationships with customers and sales Maintain parts and call management as well as accurate records to achieve KPI targets Responsible to learn new technologies 5% - Lead referrals and product promotion to existing customers 95% - break-fix and customer support Understands territory parts budget and inventory control Must follow the policies and procedures set forth by KMBS Perform other relevant duties as assigned by- LocationSt. John's, NL
