Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Dusty. Noisy. Odours. Work setting: Supervision. Residential renovation. Trade work. Various locations. Tasks: Direct and control daily operations . Evaluate daily operations . Plan and organize daily operations. Plan and prepare work schedules. Select and employ trade subcontractors and co-ordinate their activities. Inspect subcontractors work to ensure quality and conformity with plans and specifications. Perform various trade work during home construction or renovation activities. Train staff. Work with customers, architects and engineers regarding plans and specifications. Prepare and maintain directory of supplies and trade contractors. Supervision: Working groups. Contractors. Staff in various areas of responsibility. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Tight deadlines. Attention to detail. Own tools/equipment: Hard hat. Steel-toed safety boots. Personal suitability: Client focus. Efficient interpersonal skills. Judgement. Organized. Reliability. Experience: Experience an asset.- LocationVancouver, BC
