Our company is 102062758 Saskatchewan Ltd., Booster Juice #427. We were established in October 2018. We are seeking a Food Service Supervisor for a full-time, permanent position of 30 hours per week. This role offers a salary range of CAD $27 to CAD $30 per hour, negotiable based on experience, with overtime pay at a rate of 1.5 times for hours worked beyond the 44th hour. Our shop is located at C-710 Main St. N, Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, Canada, S6H 3K5. Fluency in English is required. This position is NOT available for telecommuting/remote work. The main responsibilities for this position include:- Ensure restaurant operations run smoothly and cost-efficiently while being customer-oriented.- Schedule restaurant staff, oversee their activities, and delegate tasks accordingly.- Supervise the whole process of food preparation and food delivery.- Inspect the restaurant kitchen regularly to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.- Monitor inventory and ensure that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.- Develop restaurants menu offerings and changes based on operational costs and customer preferences.- Develop operational strategies to improve customers dinging experience.- Review customer surveys to improve customer services.- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
