*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. A successful Plumber will demonstrate proficiency with hand tools and power tools. *Duties* * Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. * Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems. * Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks. * Assemble and install plumbing equipment such as sinks, toilets, and water heaters. * Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues * Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations during all plumbing work. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. *Qualifications* * Proven experience as a Plumber * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively. * Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus. * Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. * Valid commercial driving license is beneficial for transporting materials to job sites. * Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. * Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments. * CCS certification is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 ? 50 per week Additional pay: * Bonus pay * Overtime pay Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 10 hour shift * 12 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Evening shift * Holidays * Monday to Friday * Morning shift * Night shift * On call * Overtime * Weekends as needed Experience: * Hand tools: 1 year (required) * Plumbing: 4 years (required) * Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (required) Licence/Certification: * Driving Licence (required) * Plumbing Licence (required) Work Location: On the road- LocationToronto, ON
