Fieldstone Energy is currently looking for electricians of all levels. Responsibilities: Perform duties related the day-to-day activities involved with electrical maintenance and construction. Read and interpret drawings, schematics, codes, and standards related to the installation and service of electrical systems. Install and perform maintenance on low voltage equipment such as circuit breakers, transformers, and switches. Process and control equipment including, PLCs, SCADA, HMIs and RTUs. Install and perform maintenance on electrical services, circuits, power systems and ground grids. Perform scheduled, unscheduled and emergency maintenance on electrical equipment. Perform maintenance, predictive inspections and testing on equipment. Develop work scopes, draft procedures and perform routine repairs. Comply at all times with operating and maintenance safe work practices, procedures and standards. Develop and maintain testing and maintenance reports. Deal directly with customers and carry out client requests.Requirements and Qualifications Red Seal Journeyman ticket or indentured apprentice. Strong understanding of Canadian Electrical Code and other local codes and standards. Industrial and oil-field experience is an asset. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Must possess strong professionalism, integrity, commitment to quality and have an attention to detail with organizational and time management skills. Experience with Microsoft Office and computer/web-based applications is an asset. Must be able to take initiative to work independently as well as in a team environment. Must be reliable and dependable. Must possess a strong work ethic and positive team-based attitude. Valid safety tickets including: Standard First Aid, H2S Alive, Fall Arrest, Mobile Equipment Operator, CSTS are considered an asset but not required.
