## Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals by promoting our products and services to potential customers in the field.
## Duties
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales data
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve better results
## Skills
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs
- Experience in technical sales, customer service, negotiation, and account management
- Proven track record in sales, particularly in outside sales roles
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred
