Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work setting: Private club. Tasks: Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages. Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables. Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations. Balance cash and record sales. Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs. Serve food and beverages. Provide customer service. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Safe Food Handling certificate. Serving It Right Certificate. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling.
