*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving business development, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in account management. This position requires a blend of leadership, analytical thinking, and effective communication to foster long-term partnerships with clients.
*Responsibilities*
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
* Identify opportunities for business development within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while meeting their needs.
* Analyze market trends and client feedback to inform strategic decisions and improve service offerings.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client concerns promptly.
* Utilize Salesforce to track account activities, manage sales pipelines, and report on performance metrics.
* Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and increasing overall account value.

* Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes.
* Proven experience in business development and account management within a sales environment.
* Excellent leadership abilities to guide cross-functional teams towards achieving common goals.
* Proficient in analyzing market data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients at all levels.
* Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
