Job description Job Description - Construction Project Manager Qualified Candidates within Canada Southwest Design & Construction requires a highly focused, organized and motivated Construction Project Manager with extensive experience working on projects in Commercial Construction with preference for direct project experience in pre-engineered steel, warehouse, agricultural, light industrial and low-rise multi use markets. This position is responsible and accountable for all aspects of the construction and preconstruction process on the project(s) they are assigned. The Project Manager works closely with the Site Superintendent and Project Team ensuring efficient, timely fulfilment of the project obligations to complete the project on time, within budget and to the quality specified, while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
