SHAW Lab Group in North York, ON is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative who demonstrates professionalism, patience, and people-first attitude. The Customer Service Representative must have excellent written and verbal communication. Qualified applicants know how to demonstrate confidence, understanding and urgency. *Job Type: Full Time* Work Location: 105 Bentworth Ave, Unit 1 Workdays: Monday to Friday Shift Hours: Business hours 8:00 AM ? 6:00 PM (Flexibility required) Shift Duration: 8 hours per day *Responsibilities:* * Answer 40-60 calls per day * Multi-task: simultaneously listen and enter data * Ship/ receive dental cases * Schedule dental cases (average of 20 per hour) * Schedule courier pick ups * Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and case status * Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs * Achieve individual/team goals and KPI's * Ability to navigate multiple systems to accurately document and research customer information * Other administrative duties assigned by management *Qualifications* * At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience * Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills * Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work * Knowledge or experience in the dental industry is an asset * Attention to detail *Compensation*: Based on experience.
