ACi Industrial is seeking a dedicated and experienced Millwright Supervisor to lead dynamic teams in Industrial Agricultural Projects. Grow personally and professionally with training and advancement opportunities.</li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of Millwrights, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety standards.</li><li>Project Management: Oversee and coordinate on-site construction and service projects, ensuring timely completion.</li><li>Construction and Service: Strong record of on-site construction and service capability.</li><li>Mechanical Expertise: Provide expert guidance on mechanical material handling equipment and related systems.</li><li>Blueprint Interpretation: Review and interpret blueprints and specifications, ensuring proper execution.</li><li>Welding Oversight: Supervise welding activities, ensuring precision and adherence to project requirements.</li><li>Fabrication: Assemble, fit, and weld metal sections and plates to create complete projects.</li><li>Quality Control: Monitor and ensure the quality of on-site fabrication, production, and installations.</li><li>Safety Compliance: Enforce safe work practices and compliance with company and regulatory safety standards.</li><li>On-Site Repairs: Conduct on-site repairs, modifications, and retrofits.</li><li>Customer Coordination: Liaise with clients to address and resolve on-site issues. Effective communication.</li><li>Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and provide solutions for complex mechanical and technical challenges.</li><li>Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest technologies and techniques in the industry to ensure best practices.</li><li>Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned to support project completion.</li></ul><p><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience: Extensive experience as a licenced Millwright with a strong background in supervisory roles.</li><li>Certification / Training: Millwright certification required. Interprovincial Red Seal Millwright or CWB tickets pref
