*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. The HVAC Technician will work independently and as part of a team to ensure optimal performance of heating and cooling systems. *Duties* * Looking for a for man that can lead and run sites, install ACs and lead a jobsite for commercial and new multi family builds. Install new HVAC systems and components according to schematics and blueprints. * Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficiency and longevity. * Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning HVAC equipment, including boilers and plumbing systems. * Conduct regular inspections of heating and cooling units to identify issues before they become major problems. * Repair or replace defective parts using appropriate tools and techniques. * Build, weld, or modify components as necessary for system upgrades or repairs. * Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs. * Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent on each job. *Experience* * Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role is preferred. * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical manuals. * Familiarity with appliance repair techniques related to HVAC systems is a plus. * Ability to plumb, maintain, and repair various HVAC components effectively. * Experience in welding or fabrication is advantageous but not mandatory. * Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. * Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
