I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on Montreal's South Shore. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll. <br> <br>I'm looking for a Financial Controller for a manufacturing company located in Saint-Pie, (Hybride).</p><p> Financial leadership: Plan, organize, direct and control all Finance Department activities. <br> Analysis and reporting: Oversee the production and analysis of monthly and quarterly financial statements, ensuring clear communication of results. <br> Team development: Coach and support your team to encourage a collaborative spirit and foster their professional development. <br> Process improvement: Identify, document and improve existing financial processes, while proposing innovative new tools. <br> Compliance and audits: Ensure compliance with government requirements and accounting standards, and coordinate external audits. <br> Interdepartmental partnership: Act as a resource and business partner to other departments in support of strategic initiatives. <br> Internal controls: Ensure the effective application of internal controls within the company. <br> Budgeting and planning: Actively participate in the budgeting process and financial analyses.</p><p> CPA accounting designation an asset. <br> 5 to 7 years' experience in a similar role (experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset). <br> Proven team management skills (3-4 employees under your responsibility). <br> Autonomy, rigor and intellectual curiosity. <br> A spirit of continuous improvement. <br> Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage several files simultaneously. <br> <br>PROCEDURE: First interview with Fiona Moulin, recruitment consultant, then with the CFO. <br>To apply: www.fedfinance.ca <br>To contact me: (438) 525 0279</p>
