I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on Montreal's South Shore. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates in your world. We cover accounting, finance and payroll. <br> <br>I'm looking for an Accounting Technician for a specialized distribution company located in Boucherville.</p><p>DETAILED FUNCTIONS <br> <br>- Account for credit card accounts. <br>- Review and approve production orders. <br>- Follow-up on royalty contracts. <br>- Account for inter-company purchases and sales (payable merchandise and freight in various currencies). <br>- Produce commission reports and follow up with sales representatives and payroll department. <br>- Analyze various reconciliation accounts. <br>- Reconcile transitory accounts (GR/FR-IR) and follow up with buyers on necessary corrections. <br>- Participate in the month-end file. <br>- Produce various analyses. <br>- Participate in the payment process.</p><p>QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED <br> <br>- AEC in accounting. <br>- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience. <br>- Bilingualism (French and English), as some of our teams are based in the US, you will be required to communicate with them regularly in English, both orally and in writing. <br>- Very good knowledge of Excel (intermediate level or higher). <br>- Knowledge of SAP or other integrated system (asset) <br> <br>PROCEDURE: Initial interview with Fiona Moulin, recruitment consultant. <br>To apply: www.fedfinance.ca <br>To contact me: (438) 525 0279</p>- LocationBoucherville, QC
