We operate a fleet of modern Sikorsky S92 helicopters in both offshore passenger transportation and Search and Rescue (SAR) roles. We operate out of a state-of-the-art heliport, hangar and dedicated SAR facility, which has a proven 24/7 365 response posture of being airborne within 20 minutes. The world class training our flight crew receives is completed in one of the most advanced flight simulators provided by CAE which is located in St. John's, Newfoundland & Labrador. Are you an experienced helicopter pilot looking to take the next step in your career?
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a *Chief Pilot* to lead our flight operations and ensure the highest standards of safety, training, and regulatory compliance. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for managing all flight crew operations, overseeing comprehensive training programs, and maintaining compliance with aviation regulations. You?ll also play a critical role in evaluating aircraft types, procedures, and equipment for operational suitability, while supervising a diverse team of flight operations personnel.
As the Chief Pilot, you will develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training programs, conduct pilot evaluations for hiring and upgrades, and ensure all flight crew members hold valid licenses, ratings, and certifications. Your leadership will be vital in promoting safety culture, overseeing accident and incident reports, and managing the performance of flight crews and staff. This role offers the opportunity to shape and lead a team dedicated to excellence in off-shore helicopter operations.

To succeed in this role, you will need a valid ATPL(H) with an instrument rating and type rating(s) on company aircraft, along with a minimum of 3,000 flight hours as pilot-in-command of multi-engine helicopters. Five years of relevant experience is essential, along with no disqualifying aviation convictions. Preferred candidates will have experience as a Training Pilot, Approved Check Pilot, and in Search and Rescue operations.
