*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software development and IT support, with expertise in various programming languages and technologies. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, providing support for our systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our technical capabilities. *Responsibilities* * Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software applications and systems. * Develop and maintain scripts using Shell Scripting to automate tasks. * Collaborate with development teams to implement solutions using JavaScript, Java, and SQL. * Manage and optimize databases with PostgreSQL and ensure server performance. * Assist in the configuration and maintenance of operating systems across various platforms. * Support computer networking tasks, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of network devices. * Work with cloud services such as Azure to deploy and manage applications. * Document technical processes, procedures, and solutions for future reference. *Experience* * Proficiency in JavaScript and Java programming languages. * Experience with Shell Scripting for automation purposes. * Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux). * Knowledge of computer networking principles and practices. * Familiarity with PostgreSQL database management. * Experience managing servers in a production environment. * Understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Azure services. * A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
