*Job Overview* We are seeking a talented Social Media Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high quality content, and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our online presence and engage our audience. You will work closely with various departments to ensure brand consistency and drive traffic to our e-commerce platforms. We're open to growing this role into a full-time opportunity for the right person who demonstrates outstanding skills and commitment. *Duties* * Create engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with target audiences. * Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and others. * Develop and maintain a network of talented freelance photographers and videographers. * Coordinate hiring of videographers and photographers for various camps / programs. * Manage post production of content, ensuring high quality final cuts. * Conduct research on current trends in digital marketing and e-commerce to inform content creation. * Proofread all social media content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines. * Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed. * Assist in advertising efforts by creating targeted ads that drive traffic and conversions. *Experience* * We are open to hiring individuals with different levels of experience. We will prioritize high character, talented, and passionate individuals in the hiring process. * Experience as a videographer is a plus. * Experience editing qualitative videos is a plus. * Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing is a plus. * Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online advertising strategies is a plus. * Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. * Basic graphic design skills are desirable; experience with design software is a plus. * Knowledge of SEO best practices to enhance content visibility is a plus.
