The role of: Sales Associate Currently Hiring for: Casual Sales Associate to work at Bay Center Mall Mall The Sales Associate is responsible for generating sales by providing the customer with an exceptional shopping experience. The Sales Associate maximizes sales by delivering efficient, friendly and knowledgeable service and ensuring the store is neat, clean and well-presented at all times. We are looking for a team of individuals to sell and promote Just Cozy merchandise through execution of the ?Spirited Service? standards. Assist store management in completing the sales generation and operational functions of the store. If you welcome new challenges, have a drive for success and embrace the responsibility of leadership, then you belong at Just Cozy. *REQUIREMENTS* * An energetic and friendly team player with a positive mindset * Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including mornings, evenings and weekends * 1 year of sales associate experience in a retail environment Job Types: Part-time, Casual Pay: From $17.40 per hour Expected hours: 15 ? 30 per week Benefits: * Store discount Shift: * 4 hour shift * Afternoon shift * Day shift Work days: * Every Weekend * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2024-10-27- LocationVictoria, BC
