Edmonton Catholic Schools is accepting applications for Kindergarten Teachers the 2024/2025 school year. Applications are accepted and interviews are conducted for teaching positions throughout the calendar year. <p>Edmonton Catholic Schools requires all teachers (substitutes and contract teachers) to be Catholic unless specialized in the following areas:<p><p> Career and Technology Studies (CTS) and Career and Technology Foundations (CTF)<p> Lived Indigenous Experiences<p> Languages (Cree, French, Spanish, and Ukrainian)<p> Music (Elementary and Secondary)<p> Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (Must be major)<p><p>Interested candidates that have a Bachelor of Education Degree and a valid Alberta Teaching Certificate are encouraged to apply. The following application documents are required:<p><p> Cover Letter and Resume (French Immersion candidates: Submit a cover letter written in French)<p> Two (2) Most Recent Teaching Evaluations (Experienced Teachers: Contract Evaluations; New Teachers: Student Teacher Practicum Evaluations)<p> Faith Formation Plan (Click link to complete document)<p> Two (2) Professional References Letters (Dated within the last two years) <p> Baptism Certificate (If applicable) <p><p>We thank all applicants for their interest in working for Edmonton Catholic Schools.
