Budgetary responsibility: $100,001 - $500,000. Tasks: Read blueprint, schemas and drawings. Prepare reports. Supervise workers and projects. Prepare project schedules. Monitor and inspect work. Interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics and blueprints. Examine drawings for conformity and errors. Examine plans, drawings and site layouts. Ensure electrical and plumbing installations meet government regulation. Complete documentation packages and drawing sets. Co-ordinate project. Assist in supervising construction projects. Assist in preparing design, drawings and specifications. Maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports. Co-ordinate multidisciplinary projects. Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine layout of plumbing system, water supply network and waste and drainage systems. Supervision: 5-10 people.
