We are looking for a Medical Office Assistant with experience working in _*DI (Diagnostic Imaging) Clinics, and having billing experience will be an asset*_!

*Qualifications We Seek:*
* *Training or experience as a Medical Office Assistant*
* *Self-motivated to balance and organize a number of responsibilities in a fast-paced medical environment while ensuring attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency*
* *A desire to learn new technologies plus savvy computer skills*
* *Excellent organization and time management skills*
* Requirements include multi-tasking, 60 wpm, strong anatomy knowledge, strong patient care, ability to handle a fast-paced environment
* A passion for customer service and building patient relationships
*Duties Include (but not limited to):*
* Assisting patients, technicians, sonographers, radiologists, and other team members with varying tasks to ensure the smooth running of the clinic, such as complete patient check-ins, appointment bookings/rebookings, cancellations, equipment cleaning, cleaning patient rooms and other necessary duties.
* Booking all Diagnostic Imaging, Breast Imaging, Bone Densitometry, and Ultrasound appointments, Pain Management, etc.
* Providing patient care - escorting patients to appropriate examination areas and providing changing instructions.
* Prioritizing and completing tasks according to urgency.
* Completing accurate data entry into InteleRIS of patient demographics in accordance with clinic processes.
* Answering all incoming calls and re-directing when necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 ? 44 per week
