We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations at our [specific location if applicable] warehouse. *Job Description:* As a Warehouse Manager at Golden Elite Deco, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe management of our warehouse operations. This role involves supervising the receiving, storage, and shipping of products, coordinating with various departments to ensure accurate inventory and delivery processes, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate has a strong background in warehouse management and a keen eye for process improvement and safety standards. *Key Responsibilities:* * *Warehouse Operations Supervision*: Ensure that products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and efficiently to meet company standards. * *Shipping/Returns and Logistics Coordination*: Collaborate with the Shipping/Returns and Logistics teams to guarantee accurate product transfers to our stores and storage facilities, ensuring all transfer orders are handled and closed promptly. * *Inventory Management*: Partner with the accounting inventory team to maintain accurate stock levels. Delegate and organize cycle count requests to designated team members as necessary. * *Health and Safety Compliance*: Maintain warehouse operations in accordance with provincial safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for all employees and visitors. * *New Hire Training and Onboarding*: Conduct training and onboarding for new team members, including forklift operators and order preparation staff, to ensure they understand and meet operational standards. * *Staff Scheduling*: Plan and coordinate schedules for warehouse staff and forklift drivers, ensuring coverage for all shifts and peak operational times. *Qualifications:* * Proven experience in warehouse management, with a track record of overseeing warehouse functions such as receiving, inventory control, and shipping. * Strong understanding of inventory management and cycle counting processes. * Knowledge of provincial health and safety standards for warehouse operations. * Experience in onboarding and training warehouse staff, particularly in equipment use and operational procedures. * Demonstrated ability in scheduling and staff management to ensure smooth operations and adequate shift coverage. * Excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. *Why Join Us?* * Competitive annual salary of $60,000 * Stable weekday hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM * An opportunity to join a growing company and contribute to its success by maintaining high standards in warehouse operations If you are a seasoned warehouse manager with a passion for safety, efficiency, and team leadership, we invite you to apply and become part of our dedicated team at Golden Elite Deco.
