We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to help us deliver outstanding customer experiences, drive sales, and support our cleaning technicians. *Job Description:* As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll follow up on leads, manage customer inquiries, and coordinate cleaning services to keep technicians? schedules full. Additionally, you'll document and track performance metrics, provide support to the cleaning team, and collaborate with management to resolve customer issues and suggest process improvements. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused approach to ensure seamless operations and outstanding client experiences. *Why You'll Love Working with Us:* * *Weekly Pay:* We got you covered. You'll receive $10 for every new sale that is both booked and cleaned, plus a $500 monthly bonus when the team meets its monthly sales objective * *Performance Bonuses:* Earn extra through our 5-star review bonus program. * *Fun Monthly Activities:* Join in on company events like BBQs, Ice Cream Days, Spa Days, and more. * *Birthday Celebrations:* We celebrate your special day in the office?complete with cake! * *Schedule: *Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, on-site at our office in Laval. * *Salary:* $17 an hour *Key Responsibilities:* * Follow up on leads and prospects to ensure conversion and maintain/improve rates. * Document, track, and measure leads and conversions; submit weekly reports. * Ensure cleaning technicians' schedules are fully booked and offer support as needed. * Manage customer inquiries across various platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, email) and arrange cleaning services and follow-ups. * Monitor performance, document issues (complaints, absenteeism), and recommend disciplinary actions or terminations when necessary. * Collaborate with management on trends, process improvements, and escalate severe customer issues to the President when required. *What We?re Looking For:* * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset. * A proactive approach to solving problems and handling customer concerns. * Experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role is an asset. Training is provided. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. * Bilingual proficiency in English and French is highly preferred.
