Job details
Education: Registered Apprenticeship certificate. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Prepare production and other reports. Recommend measures to improve productivity . Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Supervise workers and projects. Co-ordinate and schedule activities. Train or arrange for training. Estimate costs and materials. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Recommend personnel actions. Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Fast-paced environment. Physically demanding. Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills. Excellent written communication. Flexibility. Organized. Team player.
