*Who You Are:*
Ground Effects is currently searching for a *Human Resources Administrator *to support our team in Windsor, Ontario. The position of HR Admin consists of performing all aspects of the human resources functions including; HRIS administration, internal and external recruitment, onboarding, orientation, employee engagement, employee relations and internal investigations. Other duties as may be assigned.
*REQUIREMENTS:*
* College Diploma or University Degree
* 3 years in HR field
* Advanced computer skills in MS Office including word, excel and outlook and power point.
* Strong interpersonal communications skills.
* Detailed orientated, must be able to multi task
* Maintain a valid US Driver?s License.
* Must be Bilingual-Spanish
* HRIS system
*RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* HRIS administration functions and training of the system.
* Review timecards for accurate hours and time off codes.
* Attendance record keeping and maintenance.
* Vacation function and tracking.
* Train as required HRIS systems and functions.
* Assist with recruitment functions, job posting, conduct interviews, onboarding and orientation.
* Recruitment functions
* Create offer letters, status change, promotion, demotion and layoff letters.
* Coordinate with Temp Agencies as required. cords, work with supervisors for approvals.
* Conduct or assist with monthly training requirements.
* Orientation functions for new employees
* General employees file and tracking systems.
* Maintain the highest level of confidentiality as it pertains to employment law and employee records
* Assist Benefits department with WSIB / STD / LTD leaves.
* Assist with employee relations and engagement.
* Ordering & inventory of all engagement items.
* Promote / participate in employee engagement activities.
* Assist Health and Safety Team training and scheduling.
