Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Cold/refrigerated. Noisy. Wet/damp. Work setting: Rural area. Various locations. Tasks: Check, lubricate, refuel and clean equipment. Operate various vehicles and equipment. Report any malfunctions to supervisor. Spread sand or salt on sidewalks for snow or ice control. Truck or equipment experience: Salt truck. Sanding truck. Snow transportation truck. Snowblower. Snowplough. Area of work experience: Snow removal. Security and safety: Driver's validity licence check. Driving record check (abstract). Transportation/travel information: Own transportation. Valid driver's licence. Drive manual transmission vehicle. Public transportation is not available. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Overtime required. Work under pressure. Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs). Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills. Excellent oral communication. Excellent written communication.
