Reporting to the Finance Director, you will work to help the company achieve its defined accounting and financial objectives. You will play an operational role in the ongoing optimization of financial processes.Here's what you'll be doing with your time to optimize financial and accounting processes:? Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and perform relevant analysesCoordinate month-end and year-end activitiesReconcile and analyze monthly balance sheet accountsParticipate in the preparation of year-end audit filesAnalyze capital expenditures and ensure compliance with budgetsCarry out monthly budget follow-ups with managersParticipate in budget preparationPrepare claims for government assistanceSupport inventory takingBe involved in all other tasks related to your roleProfileWHAT YOU'VE GOTBachelor's degree in finance or accountingCPA (Chartered Professional Accountant) designationMinimum 5 years' experience in a manufacturing companyAbility to understand and master complex conceptsStrong communication skills with various stakeholders, including management committee membersKnowledge of Office 365 Suite (advanced Excel)HOW YOU CAN ALSO CONTRIBUTEThrough your customer service approach, initiative, autonomy, ability to learn and rapid execution.Your versatility and meticulous, rigorous organization.WHY JOIN US?Soucy Baron works with rubber.
