*Overview* We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while adhering to all operational procedures and safety requirements. This role is responsible for the daily operation of our Playzone facility. Employees are responsible for a variety of tasks such as greeting customers upon arrival, ensuring that all relevant waivers have been completed, and responding to customer inquiries. The Employee may be expected to help in other departments and facilities from time to time, such as the Eagle Ridge Community Centre, Westhills Ice Arena, and the Outdoor Skating Rink (Seasonal). *Typical Duties & Responsibilities:* * Providing exceptional customer to service to all guests. This includes greeting customers upon arrival, interacting with parents/guardians/participants, and ensuring that all policies, procedures, and house rules are being followed. * Hosting birthday party rentals as needed. * Overseeing food and beverage orders for customers. * Ensuring that all participants/guardians sign a digital waiver form and that the corresponding numeric bracelets are distributed accordingly. * Completing daily administrative tasks, including the completion of the Communications Binder, Daily Maintenance Binder, and daily/weekly/monthly checklists. * Processing cash transactions using a POS system. *REQUIREMENTS* * First Aid Certification * Criminal Record Check *WORKING CONDITIONS: *Work is performed in the following areas - Playzone, Eagle Ridge Community Centre, or West Hills Ice Arena. Daily tasks can include lifting, cleaning, and various types of administrative duties.
