*PURPOSE OF THE POSITION* The purpose of this position is to plan, schedule, and ensure that all Shipping and Receiving activities align to meet customer-required delivery dates at Allcard Limited, communicating internally and externally as needed. This position will also load/unload and organize warehouse inventory as needed. *MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES* * Coordinate and oversee all aspects of shipping operations, including order picking, packaging, and order fulfillment for the Store. * Collaborate with customers and other departments to ensure timely delivery of orders. * Utilize warehouse management system (WMS) to track and manage inventory. * Ensure accuracy and completeness of shipping documentation. * Load and unload shipments using appropriate equipment. * Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize shipping and warehousing procedures * Keep warehouse clean and organized daily and abide by all company safety regulations * Additional responsibilities as requested by your supervisor/manager *KEY KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS* * Experience working in a warehouse environment. * Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packaging. * Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes. * Experience with MS Office * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * High-School Diploma or equivalent *KEY COMPETENCIES* * Teamwork * Communication * Safety * Equipment Management * Productivity * Quality * Reliability - attendance & punctuality Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Additional pay: * Overtime pay Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Life insurance * On-site parking * Vision care Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person- LocationConcord, ON
