We are excited and looking forward to adding a new staff member to our excellent team. *Who We are Looking for:* We are looking for a full time dental receptionist who is a fast learner, a team player, and has good communication skills with at least 3 years of dental receptionist experience and good computer skills. Hours will be Monday to Friday 8:30AM- 3:00PM and every other Saturday from 9:00AM-4:00PM The position will begin on the first week of January 2025. *Responsibilities:* Responsibilities include: * Welcoming and greeting patients * Taking phone calls * Communicating with patients and other offices * Scheduling appointments * Billing and collecting payments * Handling insurance claims More information regarding daily duties will be provided by management. *Qualifications / Requirements:* * Good communication / English language skills * Dental receptionist experience is essential.
