*Job Summary*
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our e-commerce platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in various design tools.
*Duties*
* Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
* Create engaging content that resonates with target audiences while aligning with brand voice and objectives.
* Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities.
* Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
* Utilize tools such as Hootsuite for scheduling posts and managing interactions across platforms.
* Research industry trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
* Design graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator, to enhance visual storytelling.
* Proofread all content before publication to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
* Knowldge of videography and photography is an asset
* Need to take classes to guide realtors about various social media platform
*Skills*
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for content creation.
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and e-commerce strategies.
* Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or similar platforms.
* Excellent research skills to stay updated on market trends and audience preferences.
* Ability to create compelling written content with a keen eye for proofreading.
* Familiarity with analytics tools to track performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
* A passion for social media trends and a proactive approach to learning new techniques.

*Qualifications*
* Proficiency in E-commerce and SEO
* Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Hootsuite, and Adobe Creative Suite

* Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $5,000.00-$8,000.00 per month
