Millwright Permanent Prince George, BC Reference Number: NWT-BC-PG-174-231024 SUMMARY The millwright is responsible for ensuring the plant and equipment are running in a safe and effective manner with the goal of keeping downtime to a minimum by trouble shooting mechanical problems and replacing or repairing defective machinery as soon as possible. The millwright, reporting to the Plant Manager, will support company objectives and environmental standards. EXPECTED CONTRIBUTIONS Ensure equipment is properly maintained to meet quality, productivity, and reliability expectations. Troubleshoot and diagnose machinery breakdowns. Conduct periodic inspections, completing preventative maintenance requirements, identifying and repairing or replacing faulty or suspect parts. Identify opportunities for safety, quality, and reliability improvements. Communicate improvements to management with an action plan for implementation- LocationPrince George, BC
