JOB PURPOSE: Reporting to the Health, Safety and Wellness Manager, the Health, Safety & Wellness Specialist is responsible for providing support in all areas of HSW for driving continuous improvement in all departments. In addition, this position is responsible for leading Conestoga's site expansion, wellness program, project management and WSIB programs. The HSW Specialist position also acts as a Specialist to ensure timely completion of continuous improvement projects. WHY WORK AT CONESTOGA MEATS?
