This is a permanent position in hybrid mode, 2-3 days remote. <br> <br>Your responsibilities: <br>- Prepare invoices for work in progress <br>- Verify accuracy of invoice information <br>- Process invoice cancellations, credit notes and time entry corrections <br>- Solve billing-related problems <br>- Process write-off requests <br>- Upload and follow-up on all electronic invoicing</p><p>Your profile: <br>- DEC in administrative techniques or accounting or other related training <br>- 2 years of experience in billing, ideally in a professional services firm or large corporation <br>- Knowledge of Maitre or Elite software and electronic invoicing (an asset) <br>- Strong attention to detail <br>- Analytical and problem-solving skills <br>- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written French</p>- LocationMontréal, QC
