We are looking for Mid-day and evening kitchen supervisors. We are looking for individuals who are organized, have a desire to team build, someone who is interested in culinary arts or is a culinary student or someone with multiple years of kitchen experience. Our hire must have up to date food safe.
We are looking for motivated individuals who have a joy for cooking, have a desire to make fresh, real, delicious meals from scratch and who can work alone or in a group setting.
Supervisor duties include but are not limited to: Full menu comprehension, opening and closing procedures, knife handling. must be able to work at a fast pace when completing tasks and prep, Washing, cutting, cleaning and slicing of all fresh produce and meats. Sauce making, roast cooking, burger prepping, salad making, menu planning, team building, dishes, regular kitchen upkeep, cleaning, having fun and being part of a team. Overall Kitchen upkeep, delegating duties and communication with front of house managers to ensure smooth daily operations.
Kitchen knowledge is preferred but not mandatory, we are willing to train if you are willing to learn. You must be fit enough to lift food boxes up to 25lbs, be willing and able to help with dishes (everyone who works here does) have an open and creative mind when learning new menus and be willing to share your menu ideas (if you desire). You must be available to open or close at times and must be available Sundays (that does not mean you will always have to work on Sundays). We have very flexible scheduling and booking time off can be done very easily. Great work environment, reliable work with fun staff who truly enjoy their jobs.
