*Job Title: Aluminum Dock Welder* *Location:* Lindsay, Ontario *Job Type:* Full-Time *Job Summary:* We are seeking a skilled Aluminum Dock Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding aluminum structures, specifically in the fabrication and repair of docks and marine-related components. This role requires a strong attention to detail, ability to read blueprints, and a commitment to safety standards. *Key Responsibilities:* * Perform aluminum welding and fabrication for docks and related structures. * Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings. * Ensure high-quality welds by following industry standards and company specifications. * Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure structural integrity. * Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations. * Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time. * Troubleshoot and repair existing dock structures as needed. * Keep up to date with welding techniques and technologies. *Qualifications:* * Proven experience in aluminum welding, preferably in a marine or dock environment. * Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, etc.). * Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. * Valid welding certification is an asset. * Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy materials. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. *Compensation:* * Competitive salary based on experience. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Casual Pay: $50,000.00-$62,000.00 per year Additional pay: * Overtime pay Benefits: * Casual dress * On-site parking Schedule: * Monday to Friday * No weekends Experience: * Welding: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationLindsay, ON
