Pantera Kitchens and Beyond is located in Mississauga for over 10 years as custom cabinetry manufacturer. We are looking for one or two full time Kitchen Designer who are specialized in kitchen interior design, space planning and can prepare creative design proposals for presentation to clients. A kitchen designer will also be responsible for assisting in the translation of the client's vision into a tangible design approach. *Key Responsibilities:* · Be comfortable with client interactions, great presentation skills. · Organized & punctual. · Taking ownership of projects and seeing them through 100% · Focus on drawings and details, in addition to material selections and hardware & specifications. · Provide timely responses to customer inquiries regarding services, products, pricing, availability, product use and payment terms. · Follow up directly with clients and if needed meet the clients directly. · Provide value added, after sale service and support to nurture customer relationships and loyalty. · Work with Senior Designer to resolve design problems, discuss project criteria, and facilitate smooth project coordination. *Skills & Abilities:* · Comfortable with meeting clients and discussing design ideas. · Self-motivated, decisive, responsible, and capable of working within timelines. · Ability to produce accurate work with attention to detail. · Extremely well organized. · Able to manage time and multi-task to accomplish timelines. · Positive attitude and an ability to learn quickly. *Qualifications required*: Experience in Kitchen design/renovation is preferred; Experience in sales is preferred; The individual must be innovative, creative and a team player. Proficiency in English language is a must. Experience with computer-aided design (AutoCAD) software and 2020 software is an asset. Basics of Project Management to proactively understand the needs of a client. Proficient in reading and understanding architectural drawings and specifications. Proficient in MS Office programs Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $50,000.00-$76,347.51 per year Additional pay: * Bonus pay * Commission pay Benefits: * Dental care Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Experience: * kitchen design: 5 years (required) Work Location: In person- LocationMississauga, ON
